The first two pages of preview images for Auction #45 show some of the better pre-war blues records that will appear in that auction. There are a lot more pre-war blues and gospel records that will be included as well.

There will also be nearly 2000 blues, R&B, soul, funk, jazz and gospel 45s. .

There is also an interesting selection of photos, most of the inscribed to "Geraldine" and signed by the performer. Performers include Louis Armstrong, Red Saunders, Sonny Thompson, Earl Hines, Ernie Wilkins and more. To see them click on Louis.

Auction #45 will be posted on BLUES WORLD in early August. There will also be Set Sales posted at that time. Auction #45 will close September15th, 2010 at 10:00 PM St. Louis Time.
